1. About RichStorm

RichStorm is operated by RichStorm LLC. RichStorm provides research, analytical, screening, and diligence tools designed to help users evaluate companies and organize investment research.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for activity conducted through your account. You may not use the service in violation of applicable law or these Terms.

3. Research and Analytical Outputs

RichStorm may use publicly available information, information supplied by users, analytical models, structured frameworks, and artificial intelligence systems to generate research and analytical outputs. Public information may be incomplete, outdated, inconsistent, or inaccurate, and automated systems may make errors.

Outputs may include screening results, diligence priorities, estimates, classifications, scenarios, and other analytical judgments. Results can change as underlying information, assumptions, user inputs, or analytical methods change.

4. Investment Decisions

RichStorm is a research and analytical decision-support platform. RichStorm does not execute transactions, hold or manage customer assets, or act as a broker or custodian. 5. Estimates and Assumptions

You are responsible for information you submit to RichStorm and for ensuring that you have the right to provide it. Do not submit confidential, proprietary, personal, or other information that you are not authorized to disclose.

RichStorm and its software, interfaces, analytical frameworks, methodologies, presentation formats, branding, and related materials are owned by RichStorm LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as permitted by RichStorm, you may not copy, reverse engineer, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the service or its proprietary components.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not interfere with the operation or security of the service, attempt unauthorized access, use automated means to extract the service or its proprietary content at scale, or use RichStorm for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

9. Availability and Changes

We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features of the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every source, analysis, or feature will always be available.
